Orthodox Christians will now begin Pure Week, this first week of the Great Fast.

I ask your forgiveness for my sins and offenses, and beg your prayers.

I apologize to those I have hurt by things I said, or did, and those things I did not say or do, but should have. :o

Please…if you can find it in your heart…forgive me!

And I freely, from the depths of my heart…forgive all.

Michael, that sinner

  • I will give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them; I will remove the stony heart from their bodies, and replace it with a natural heart, so that they will live according to my statutes, and observe and carry out my ordinances; thus they shall be my people and I will be their God!*
    Ezekial 11:19-20 NAB

To any I have offended or wronged: forgive me, a sinner. And to all: God forgives.

A lovely tradition - ‘forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us…’

To all my CAF buds and anyone else I may have sinned against, I, a poor sinner, beg forgiveness. And I forgive, with God’s help, anyone who has sinned against me.

Nope, Sorry, no can do…

You have not harmed me in any way, there is nothing to forgive. 🙂

Thank you for forgiving any injury I have done to you.

You are in my prayers this Lent.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Father, have mercy on Hesychios, a sinner. Amen.

I forgive you, and I know that God washes you clean of sin, because He loves you.

Dear Michael,
If in your heart, you believe that you have said or done something to me that deserves forgiveness, I do not know of it, but forgive you nonetheless. And I ask the same in return.

I, too, ask forgiveness from all here who have been hurt by my words, or who were not lifted up by words I should have said. God’s blessings and forgiveness on all of us, for Jesus sake.
Amen.

Jon

To all I have offended, please forgive me, a wretched sinner.

Forgive me for all the sins I have committed and for any I have hurt. Forgive me my parents, my sisters, my brother, my friends, my enemies and any one else I have sinned against, through my fault, my fault, my most grievious fault.

I ask forgiveness for any times I’ve offended anyone here.

You have never offended me Hesychios, but I appreciate you reminding us of the spirit of the season.

I hope you have a spiritually enriching Lent.

Thank you for the reminder that I need every moment of my life. I love the quote in your signature.

God forgives.

To all, please forgive me, a grievous sinner.

In Christ,
Andrew

I, too, beg pardon from all here–and in my life–whom I’ve offended with my sins and stupidity.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
