Forgot confirmation name?

Contact the parish where you were baptised or confirmed.

Pray to St Anthony in order to find your lost confirmation name!

There is a place in some versions of the Register of Confirmations for the Confirmation name, so if your Confirmation Parish has one of those they may be able to tell you. OTOH, it may not have been recorded.

I have never seen a Register of Baptisms with a space for the confirmation name – it usually only has enough space for the date and place of Confirmation, and I have to admit that in all the years I kept the registers at the parish, I never received one Notification of Confirmation that included a confirmation name.
