“My time there was not spent providing prenatal care to pregnant women, providing counseling or basic health care services or educating women about reproductive health. Instead, I spent my days urging women to terminate their pregnancies. My superiors constantly reminded me of our abortion-centered business model: abortions first, everything else came second, …”
~ Catherine Adair
Well, anyone can say anything. Does not make what they say true. One of the ways you know this woman is lying, is that she refers to “prenatal care.” PP doesn’t offer prenatal care, it is outside the scope of their mission. Nonprofits have to stay within their stated mission guidelines. This is the law. Now she knows this, so what she did is erect some huge strawman so people would start asking “how much prenatal care do you do” and PP has to say “none.” Wow! Looks like a terrible thing. But it’s not what they do or can do. They are also constrained by law.
Adair isn’t, she can say anything she wants and because she went from the wrong side to the right side, she is imbued with a credibility she’s never earned. No one is asking her to prove her claims, they are too busy following her trails of breadcrumbs.
As I said, if what she said were correct, they would be doing abortions six days a week. No one is “urged” to abort. Keep in mind that PP existed for decades before abortion became legal. So they a hardly have an “abortion-centered business model.”
As I have also stated before, abortion-funding is guaranteed to PP by major donors. If they wanted to, they could literally do nothing else and be assured of steady income. They do not.
The endless demonization of this non-profit organization is still just a way of diverting people from investigating the real horror of true abortion mills. Catherine Adair has made a nice a career for herself as a “pro-life activist.” Adair has her own business model.
It’s quite simple. Call your local PP and ask about having an abortion. Tell them you aren’t sure but want the information. Ask what days they can be scheduled. See if someone “urges” you to have one.
We have to be about Truth and that very often means finding out facts.
