Foster parenting as God's will?

My husband and I have tried to have children for years with no luck and he refuses to adopt. He now wants us to be foster parents. I am not sure if I can handle the stress of having a child you fall in love with be returned to his parents. Please pray for us. If this is God’s will for our lives I will need the strength to follow through . I don’t want to miss out due to fear but for now I am not sure if this is God’s will or not. Please pray for us!!!
