Leaving the supermarket today, I saw what appeared to be a quarter laying on the ground. It turned out to be a Marian medal of a devotion I am unfamiliar with. The medal was minted in France (says “France” on the reverse) and on the front is a Madonna with the words “Marie du Rosaire de San Nicolas - Argentine” (Our Lady of the Rosary of St. Nicholas?). Was hoping someone here could fill me in on this. Assuming it is a devotion from Argentina.

I would give it to lost and found and ask that if the owner doesn’t claim it after 90 days it goes to you rather than disposed of. Chances are it’s valuable to someone and they may be looking for it.

San Nicolás de los Arroyos is in the province
of Buenos Aires, República Argentina, 230 Km .from Buenos Aires city.
That is where Her Santuary is : Santuario de la Virgen del Rosario de San Nicolás.
