This is dealt with in Gaudete and Exsultate.

I fear summaries (all, not just this) might provide an easy shortcut that should not be taken.
Not everyone is going to be taking the AP class. The bullet points do need a little bit of explanation, but that is provided sufficiently in the article. I found the explanation for #1 to be short and easy to understand. #3 OTOH requires one to bone up on their understanding of Gnosticism and Pelagianism…🤓

Ah, I thought you were attacking… er, criticizing… Fr. Martin, but when pressed for details you quote Pope Francis.
“Certainly this is a superficial conceit: there is much movement on the surface, but the mind is neither deeply moved nor affected.”

Well the writing is fine such as it is, even with its vagueness and the pop psych phrases. I can see why it attracts some.
Please clarify whether this refers to Fr. Martin’s essay, Pope Francis’ exhortation, or both.

And I would like to see you try this:
I could post two thousand such sentences.
since the exhortation has somewhat less than one thousand sentences. No double dipping!
