I have a CD called Urgent Witness I received for free at a conference which has Fr. Scheier’s witness recorded from the EWTN interview. I would assume the CD is available through them. The writing on the disc urges people to make copies and pass them on. I wish I knew where I got it from.

His words echo in my mind quite frequently. " Mother, he was a priest for himself, not Me."

I could easily hear Him saying I lived my life for myself, not Him. It really makes one stand up and take notice. :gopray2:
 
Yes, I know what you mean. I don’t know why EWTN doesn’t re-run it with the rest. They don’t seem to do the “family” Wednesday shows, just the old Tuesday ones.
He was a very honest priest and I’m glad he got a second chance.
 
I wanted to know if anyone knows to what community does Fr. Scheier is now from. I saw him on a video that he is wearing a white and blue habit…anyone can help me?

Does anyone know where he can be reached at , to ask for prayers?

His community was Intercessor of the Lamb. Now, Father Scheier leads a quiet, parish life as a diocesan priest in the Diocese of Wichita.

It seems very small, one mass on Sunday, one on Saturday. That was the group I looked into at the time, but I didn’t see his name.

I wanted to write him years ago,but wondered if he just wanted to be quiet…he never spoke again to my knowledge and his diocese maybe didn’t want him too. It is a personal thing he spoke of, not sanctioned by the church, but there wasn’t anything wrong in what he said.
