France Now in Favor of Unilateral Action

France has come to agreement with China on the recently passed “anti-secession” law that threatens Taiwan with invasion if they declare independence. There’s nothing like a $3.2 billion business deal to stimulate the desire to back a Communist dictatorship over a nascent democracy. This is one of the nations we should defer judgment to in order to pass the “global test” for permission to act.

I guess the secret here is you have to be a customer of France’s and then it is OK to do whatever you feel like doing.
