PARIS - France announced financial incentives Thursday for parents to have a third child, hoping to boost its fertility rate by helping people to better juggle the demands of work and family life…

A new measure will award $916 a month to parents who take one year’s unpaid leave from work after the birth of a third child…

“We must do more to allow French families to have as many children as they want,” the prime minister said.

When I went to Europe 26 years ago my relatives there told me of incentives already in place in several countries for people to have children because their populations are dwindling. The outsiders will inherit those countries. It seem they upped the incentives. The original incentives must not have worked.

If they want to boost their population they should implement a complete legal overhaul to make sure social policies are in line with Natural Law.

Alternatively, they could just return to the Catholic fold.

Yes, they could just do that. Yet they won’t. They are too liberal now and too free of their past heritage. I pray for a revival.

I guess the French took Paul Erlich way too seriously. Now they’re trying to rekindle the population bomb.

France is a good example of hopelessness. They need a good Catholic monarch.

Saint Luis is the current France, is like a neolitic man in New York streets.
