I just read a review of the book “Crazy for God” by Frank Schaeffer (son of the well-known Evangelicals Francis and Edith Schaeffer).

I haven’t read “Crazy for God”, but based on the review it sounds, well, crazy. :whacky:

Do you mean that in a good way or a bad way? LoL

Frank Schaeffer is a convert to Orthodoxy.

He was at one time evangelicalism’s angry young man.

Now he’s Orthodoxy’s angry not-so-young man.

What stays the same?

Frankie’s father’s books were a great help to me when I was questioning my faith (as an Episcopalian). His clarity and reason helped me come back to Christ and I really dislike how Frankie seems to throw his Dad under the bus every chance he gets. I understand there are Father-Son issues, but ripping on your dead Father is really inexcusable 😦
