Free brown scapular?

Not sure if I’m in the right place, but here goes. Has anyone ordered scapulars from www.freebrownscapular.com? If so , how long did it take to get your scapulars? I placed an order on March 25th. 25 free ones, and 1 for me specifically that wasnt free. With shipping and a small donation I paid almost 22 dollars which was charged to my credit card, but have yet to receive the scapulars. The only contact info on the site is an email address. I have sent 3 emails with no response back. Does anyone know their situation. I can be patient if need be but when I send emails with no response I start wondering if I’ve been had.
 
There is an actual street address at the bottom of the ordering page.
Maybe you should say a prayer to St. Anthony. Perhaps your order is lost and he can find it.

Also, have you been charged on your card yet? Maybe you could get your credit card company to investigate for you.
 
Yes, they did charge my credit card. The gave a confirmation email and the whole bit
 
I would still call the card company and ask if they can contact them. It’s worth a try. If they already paid them, maybe they can at least pressure them into sending replacements.
 
Yes, I have ordered from there, and they are experiencing difficulties, as one of their extremely helpful workers is sick, and deliveries will be delayed. If I remember correctly, they are based in California. It took nearly a month for mine to arrive, so I’d be patient.
 
Ok, well that’s fine, I can be patient as long as I know it’s legit. I’m going on almost 3 months but, again, I’m good with it. Not responding to my emails and having no contact number was getting my suspicions up. I hope their worker recovers soon. Not for my sake but for theirs
 
by the way they never said how they would come. Do they come regular mail, Fed ex, ups?
 
Just want everyone to know I got my scapulars today. They put a note in that the person who runs it is very sick. And that’s why the delay
