French bishops declare day of fasting after priest's murder

Even though quite a bit of Friday has passed for many of us, most of us could probably make our next meal today smaller, or forgo dessert or a snack in a small gesture of sacrifice for Father Jacques Hamel and French Catholics. May God richly reward Father Jacques’ soul, and may his death bring forth much fruit for all the efforts of his ministry throughout the many years of his priesthood!

Here it is 2:29 pm (14:29), I don’t know how many Americans are doing it but I wish more would. This is not just an attack on the Church, it is an attack Christ himself.
