PARIS, March 29 (CNA) - Thepreviously anonymous French nun, who may have received a miraculouscure from God by the prayers of Pope John Paul II, has beenidentified.* Wednesday an official at the Paris maternity hospital ofSainte-Felicite said - on condition of anonymity - that Sr.Marie-Simon-Pierre is the French nun who was allegedly cured fromParkinson’s disease after she and her community of sisters prayed forthe intercession of the late Pope John Paul II.According to areport from The Associated Press, the nun is a member of theCongregation of Little Sisters of Catholic Motherhood, based inAix-en-Provence in southeast France.
