I think you will be happy to know that, in addition to the effect prayer always has, it has meant so much to my own daughters that, in this time of grieving, so many have prayed for their friends. They have never had to deal with the sudden and tragic loss of someone their own age before. However, knowing that you are praying for their friends has provided some comfort amidst their tears.

God bless each and every one of you.
 
May she rest in peace and may God comfort her family and friends in their time of need. I will pray for all today.

The funeral for Victoria will be this Monday, July 14, at 10:00 am Pacific time.

Prayers for all three girls appreciated.

Eternal Father, I offer you, the body, blood, soul and divinity of your dearly beloved son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for her sins and those of the whole world. Amen
 
I feel terrible hearing about Victoria. 😦 She probably would have had a bright future ahead of her, but all things, in life and death, are for the purpose of fulfilling God’s will. She will be separated from her family and friends for a time, but we must remain hopeful that all who loved her will see her again someday. We must also have hope that God will embrace Victoria in His love and mercy.

This thread brought tears to my eyes. I will offer prayers for her soul up at the World Youth Day Mass this coming weekend as well as praying for her family, friends at this time.

I am so sorry for your daughters loss.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, I love you very much, I pray that you will save the life of the unborn baby whom I have spiritually adopted, whose life is in danger of an abortion. Amen.
