I don’t think we can answer that unless we say they come from God and God gave us reason to understand and appreciate His creation.I am hoping for some help.
From where did the physical laws of the universe come?
Our human reason can see that the laws are filled with reason.
From where did the laws’ reason come and our ability to see their reason?
