Have you sat down and done the budget with her? Does she understand how stressed you are, and how tight money really is?
I worked until delivery with all three of my kids; if she has a normal pregnancy, hopefully you can help her to get a job. Even if it is just nights or weekends. Could she take care of another child in your home during the day? That can bring in a good second income on it’s own, and then you won’t be needing to buy work clothes/associated working costs… it’s not a long-term career/income increasing option though, as there is no ladder to climb/salary to increase.
