Is there an edition of the Breviary the FSSP use that is in Latin and English?

Not currently in print. But Baronius Press is coming out with their English-Latin Breviary “some time soon.” I say that with quotes because they have literally been saying this for 5 years or so.

If you are interested in an all-English breviary, some FSSP priests have recommended the Anglican Breviary. The rubrics are very involved in this version, and it can be very daunting. Also, it is based on the 1955 Roman Breviary, not the 1962 like the FSSP.

The version the FSSP uses is the Nova Et Vetera 1962 Breviarium Romanum, but from your post it sounds like you are not looking to go that route.

At this point, if it was me, I’d wait for the Baronius Press Breviary to come out and in the meantime get used to the structure of the 1962 Breviary by praying the office in Latin-English via this website: divinumofficium.com/cgi-bin/horas/officium.pl
The settings on that website for you would be
psalms Rubrics 1960 regular English

There could very possibly be missalets in the pews with Latin / English translation. It’s all a beginning for you. Just follow and listen and learn - and ask God for the Grace to continue in His Holy Will. I agree with others. Speak with the FSSP once there and express any apprehensions you may have, if possible. You will come away inspired. God bless you - and say a pray for all of us !
