Full consent of will new

If someone is distracted or half asleep, or a panicking is ther full consent of the will. In regards to sin. Now I know that if someone had the intention to kick someone in the knee, and carried it out. That would be a full, consent of will. Now in regards to thoughts how is this done.

You can only know if the actor tells you so and is telling the truth, it is yourself telling the truth, or it is truly revealed by the Holy Trinity.

Unless you have more to express it appears that you’ve just shown how that was done

One is fully awake and alert and wants to kick someone and one kicks someone.

You do not have moral culpability for evil thoughts that you do not consent to.
 
If you fight against the evil thoughts then you are not guilty of what you did not want. If you deliberately entertain them then you are guilty of the sin associated with them. There is a lot of gray in this arena and I would think that it is best to focus on what you do rather than what you think.
 
Ah thank god, I have ocd and intrusive thoughts priest told me not to worry bout them, but they are really tough. I read passage on blasphemy of spirit and my head literally exploded.

I think you need to trust your priest and not go looking on the internet for other opinions. You’re just going to feed your OCD. Just trust what your priest tells you and be at peace.
