My wife and I were Catholics at the time of our wedding (and still are) and in our wedding (which I thought was a mass) we were the only ones to receive communion (they didn’t offer it to the crowd) Does this mean we didn’t have a full mass? If we didn’t have a full mass, did we invalidate the sacrament of marriage?

Consent is what makes a marriage, not the Mass. Obviously if both parties are Catholic then a Mass makes perfect sense in which to exchange vows but it has no bearing on the validity of the marriage.
That being said, you did have a “full Mass.” Mass is not determined by the number of people who receive communion.
