Hello:
I’ve made it. I’m a full fledged member of the Catholic faith. Confirmed and accepted.
I about passed out after my first communion, and then I went back into my pew, knelt, and heard some guests trash the eucharist by saying “Oh, look, Jesus is in there.” The sarcasm was dripping and quite acidic. I’m not angry at them, and I understand that this is the only church that this would happen in. Why is the real presence so hard to grasp? All one has to do is crack a Christian history book, read Justin Martyr, Ignatius of Antioch, or Jesus. Let’s keep the unbelieving in our prayers, eh?
