Atheist are often the victims of Christians that turn hostile. I myself have lived in an area in which anyone that wasn’t a Protestant Christian was subject to intense harassment.

Physical assault, threats, theft you name it.

We must always remember that the Church on this side of the grave is just as full of sinners as Saints.

Whether it be the destruction of Nativity scenes

Fill me in on this one, what exactly happened?
If I recall this years events, it was the atheist sign that was stolen.
But when a nativity scene claims “you’re going to hell”, it’s no wonder those get carried of as well.

I wish they would atop allowing an religious/atheistic signs at all anymore, cause it’s getting crazy.

If you have been a victim of harassment by Protestants, I apologize for their misdeeds.

But you must also remember that Catholics are taught differently from Protestants. We believe that the Church accepts sinners and saints alike. In fact sinners who repent are given higher places here and that it is precisely why Christ came down -to gather the lost sheep of Abraham.
