Yes! My wife and I watch it all the time. From the first season. We have LOVED it. I put it up there with Breaking Bad, Sopranos, and House. You kind of root for the bad guys. In season one I was screaming at the TV for the Russians to take out the FBI guy.
I like that loyalty is the biggest issue addressed on the show. I know that this season is focusing more on the relationship with the kids but I honestly would rather have seen the kids be more and more involved in the parents espionage.
I thought season one was amazing but was surprised that it got picked up again. I attributed that to the Olympics. But now, with Russia being so prominent in world activities again and old Cold War Era Rhetoric spewing from both sides, this show has gone from a neat little show about the 80s to full on relevant political commentary. I think the current situation with Russia leaves an opening for a future for this series. Not only that but for an “open ending” perhaps suggesting that they are still “Among us”
A spin off called “The Russians” would be interesting too. Many different possibilities with this show. But I love what has been done so far!
