As we are together on CAF in our hearts and minds
(with you in spirit (?)) is God here with us when we gather in His name? Especially on the Prayer Intentions thread when people ask for help and we’re possibly praying at the same time?
Where two or three are gathered in My Name here I Am.

Yes .

But God does not come on the scene out of the blue when we pray .

God is present when we pray because God is always present .

It is we who are not present to the presence of God .

“For in Him we live and move and have our being” (Acts 17:28)

“Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Cor 3:16 )

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you ?” ( 1 Cor 6:19 )

“You have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”” ( Rom 8:15 )

“Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!”” ( Gal 4:6 )

I could do with mulling over those verses one at a time , many times in the day , for many weeks .

I would think so. 🙂

I think that you answered this, in the last line of your last post, where Jesus said,
“Where two or more are gathered there in My Name, there I am, in their midst.”
