Was the video created and/or posted to elicit sexual arousal in the people watching it?
Is a viewer watching the video for the purpose of being aroused? (including stumbling onto it for a different reason but lingering over it)
If the answer to either or both questions is yes, then IMO it could be considered pornographic. At the very least, not the kind of thing a faithful Catholic viewer should be watching.
On the other hand, the word “pornography” usually means some kind of explicit material, so if the people in the video have their clothes on and all you’re seeing is a kiss, reporting it or flagging it as inappropriate on YouTube probably won’t do anything.
