Hi, all.
I need some serious answers. I’m not a gay or lesbian, but am asking for my information only - as this question has bugged me for some time now.
Do gays and lesbians have a place in the Catholic Church? How does God view this sexual orientation - has it ever been mentioned in the Bible? I understand that if someone chooses to be gay or lesbian, that that person is committing a sin against God. However, what about those who are naturally born that way and have no way out? How does the Catholic Church help them?
Please give me a detailed answer to my questions above - I have good Cathlic friends who are gay - they are good people, kind and loyal to our God - but they face this a different kind of trouble. I do hope that God has a plan for them too.
Many thanks.
Best regards,
Angeline
