Oh Boy! Now look what you started.😃

From everything I know it cannot be proven either way.
Galileo Was Wrong:
The Church Was Right

**Galileo Was Wrong ** is a detailed and comprehensive treatment of the scientific evidence supporting Geocentrism, the academic belief that the Earth is immobile in the center of the universe. Garnering scientific information from physics, astrophysics, astronomy and other sciences, Galileo Was Wrong shows that the debate between Galileo and the Catholic Church was much more than a difference of opinion about the interpretation of Scripture.
Scientific evidence available to us within the last 100 years that was not available during Galileo’s confrontation shows that the Church’s position on the immobility of the Earth is not only scientifically supportable, but it is the most stable model of the universe and the one which best answers all the evidence we see in the cosmos.

I know, I just wanted to see if anyone did believe in it. I don’t really care it doesn’t effect me either way. Just thought it might be an interesting topic.

There are some crazy Fundamentalist Protestant sites out there.

From what I’ve read, Sungenis has been in trouble with his bishop.

“He that hears you, hears Me.”

Jesus said that somewhere, didn’t he?

It would invalidate his writings about the Jews.

I really don’t care to get into the geocentricism stuff just like I really don’t care to get into evolution. I have 2 advanced university degrees and I don’t have the free time to try to investigate all of it. I’m pretty sure the astrophysicists have a better grasp of the situation than he does.

Remember, the Big Bang Theory was postulated by a priest.

Well then leave the thread.

That is a good point. However would you admit that not online?
You mean would I admit it in “real life”? Not anymore. Not because I’m embarrassed about it or anything. I’m just sick of getting into debates and arguments. I don’t have any problem letting people know though. I’m very vocal.
