Another University I can check OFF the list of one’s my son will be attending.

Where are the bishops, where is Rome and why are they even allowed to consider themselves a Catholic school any longer?

If that’s one of your criteria (:clapping: ), good for you.

It’d probably be easier to find universities that don’t have a LBGTWhatever society, club or organization.

I don’t understand, it does not say these people are practicing Homosexuals, how can Georgetown know if they are or are not?

^Just look at the pictures on their site, and get a load of the “Kiss In”. :nope:

American Jesuits, what’s wrong with them? Shall they all become Episcopalians? (No offense Edwin)

I am glad I went to a nonCatholic quality school where we were free to have a support group.

Hardly. They are everywhere. Have you seen most colleges recently? And if they aren’t, they are litigating their right to be there as we speak.

I remember I was chastized by the school board at the University of MD in College Park for attempting to start the Straight, Causasian, Christian Engineering Society in the 90s when I was there. Seems a bit one-sided to deny me my right when everyone else can segregate themselves.

Gtown isn’t Catholic, and should be off the list for anyone who wants to find a Catholic university. Academically great, but does a disservice to the word Catholic.

Isn’t that the sad, sad truth? We must be SOOOOO “tolerant” of everyone else’s views, opinions, beliefs. . . but burn us at the stake because we have our own Belief.

Yes, admittedly, I had a feeling what would happen, but they made my point quite well for me…

“Liberals”, so-called “tolerant” people, are the most intolerant people that I have ever encountered. Especially if your values conflict with theirs. We are so afraid of being labeled “racist”, “homophobic”, “sexist” ad nauseum. Liberals use these words and accusations to strong-arm opponents into silence. We need to deny the Liberals and perverts the effectiveness of these labels by simply ignoring them and just telling it like it is. Call me “homophobic”, “racist”? Fine, get over it.

I won’t burn you at the stake for your beliefs, but I also won’t burn them. I am tolerant fo both the radical right and the extreme left.
