I especially liked the part about “Thank God”, I think a lot of people skip this part, or give thanks for what is received for a special prayer. I know I used to forget.

Thank God for prayers answered, whether with a yes or no, for everyday graces, for everything you’ve remembered to be thankful for, and for all of the things you’ver forgotten that you are thankful for.**

Have you ever done any on confession? I am forever looking for something. I have examination of conscience’s but I really need something to read on the great grace the sacrament gives us.

I haven’t yet, but it is a good idea. Let me pray on it and see if the spirit inspires me.

I don’t go to Mass to get anything out of it for myself , but rather because of what God gets out of it - the Infinitely Worthy Sacrificial Offering of His Son.
