Ghost hunting- is it wrong?

the Bible says never to make any occult contact with spirits of the departed. Is ghost hunting wrong in any way? All those shows about groups that go around (and Im not talking about the ones with psychics and those who use Ouija boards) and try and get video footage or audio recordings of the paranormal in some haunted house?
