Whenever you remember a Ghost, pray and offer sacrifices for the souls in Purgatory. You will not be wrong…Do ghosts exist, and if so, could they be souls in purgatory?

My dad was not one to fabricate a story, and he insisted that he saw a ghost when he was a teenager. He was with a friend at the time, who passed out at the sight of the ghost. My dad said he had to fetch water for his friend in his new hat, and so could not forget that incident. He never changed his story. I have never seen a ghost, but I believe my father. Whether the ghost was a soul in purgatory, or not, I can’t speculate. I’ll wait until I can ask the Lord face to face.Do ghosts exist, and if so, could they be souls in purgatory?
