Gifts and Miracles in the Catholic Church

I briefly met a Hindu gentleman some time ago who carried a prayer booklet to Our lady of Perpetual Help. He was talking to me about insurance and recognised the picture on my wall.

If seemed his daughter had an accident which totally crushed the bone of her finger and was due to be amputated when a cetholic friend gave him this booklet and told him to pray to Our Lady.

He did and the finger was not amputated because the bone was miraculously restored.

I pray for his conversion.

Luke 10:21 *In that same hour, he rejoiced in the Holy Ghost, and said: I confess to thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because **thou hast hidden these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to little ones. ***Yea, Father, for so it hath seemed good in thy sight.

Some people are so well educated they no longer believe with the faith of little children.

It’s so strange that you should mention this…a Tamil friend of mine at work often stops off at the local catholic church on his way to work , to pray next to a statue of Mary[as is their way , he also prays to Mary]. One evening i had a rather unfortunate incident , during which i was required to help prevent somebody from throwing themselves into the sea [we live by the coast]. Anyway the following morning when i arrived at work , my Tamil friend walked straight up to me and said that he had dreamt of me the night before…in his dream he said that i had been in some danger due to rough waters , but that while i was struggling with the water he saw an angel [described as a bright light] walking close to me as i helped lead the other person away from the waters edge ! He then told me that i was safe and should not fear anything as i would always be safe… I can tell you that i had goose bumps running up and down my spine…why did i doubt GOD before!!! Should i have been surprised…after all GOD created this very devout Tamilian person !!!
