Not really. You aren’t even engaged yet, so the wedding isn’t going to be for some time- probably not until 2020, and she already knows your views on this.

Why get excited about something which might be in the distant future.
 
Thank you everyone for all of the advice! I found much of it to be very helpful in giving some guidelines on what we should talk about this moving forward. We’ve had some more discussion about it and I think we both understand it and each other’s thoughts and feelings about it much better.
