Give em your coat as well

I leave mine on. If I didn’t, I’d probably forget it there (I do not feel cold temperatures very well, so I wouldn’t notice not having it on walking out of church- usually a friend has to tell me to wear a coat, or I check the weather on TV to see how cold it is- or I just don’t wear one)

A good idea would be to take a light jacket, something that looks casual enough to just wear around, but also something that will provide you enough warmth. That way you won’t have to leave your coat on and you won’t look like you want to jump out and leave.

K-Mcd, you have obviously never been to mass in a 100+ year old church in northern minnesota in the middle of January. I’m pretty sure father has got long johns on under his robes!!!

i think its rude to leave on your coat…I wouldn’t leave my coat on if I was in a friend’s house and Jesus is my best friend.

We have 110% capacity at every mass. There’s always people sitting. There isn’t enough space in a coat rack for everyone, and the pews are shoulder to shoulder, there would be no where to put my coat if I took it off.
