Giving full consent in mortal sin

Hey guys,

My question is if you think you’re not giving full consent to a grave sin but actually you are even though you don’t think you are, does the sin then become mortal without you knowing?

One cannot unknowingly commit a mortal sin.
You must know it is a sin.
You must know it is serious.
And you must freely choose to.

Without those three, the sin is not mortal.
