You offer up everything as a spiritual sacrifice, for love of God and whatever intentions are in your heart - the conversion of sinners, relief of souls in Purgatory, reparation for your sins, intentions of the Pope, universal peace, unity of Christianity, salvation of souls, sanctification of God’s Name, etc. (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 901). There are several formulas for this - but, the Church dose not believe in formulas but in the realities they express. (CCC, 170)
One offering formula is the Morning Offering of the Apostleship of Prayer. You may pray it even if you don’t belong to the AP. Here is the text of the offering:
O Jesus,
through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer You my prayers, works,
joys and sufferings
of this day for all the intentions
of Your Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
throughout the world,
in reparation for my sins,
for the intentions of all my relatives and friends,
and in particular
for the intentions of the Holy Father.
Amen.
My own offering goes like this:
O Jesus, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You all the prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of the world, in union with all the Holy Masses being celebrated throughout the world, for love of you, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the blasmphies and offenses committed against God, his most holy name, Jesus Christ, the name of Jesus, his Sacred Heart, his Precious Blood, the Blessed Sacament of the altar, the Holy Spirit, Mary the Mother of God, her Immaculate Conception, her glorious Assumption, the name of Mary Mother and Virgin, her chaste spouse Saint Joseph, and all the angels and saints.
Eternal Father, I offer you the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of your only-begotten Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ, for love of you, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the offenses and blasphemies committed against God, his most holy name, Jesus Christ, the name of Jesus, his Sacred Heart, his Precious Blood, the Blessed Sacament of the altar, the Holy Spirit, Mary the Mother of God, her Immaculate Conception, her glorious Assumption, the name of Mary Mother and Virgin, her chaste spouse Saint Joseph, and all the angels and saints.
