Pope Francis gave thanks for all of the small deeds done almost silently in our midst.

Giving thanks gives us a boost of the spirit, by remembering things we have been blessed to have as part of our life experience.

Is there one thing you are particularly thankful for?

I’m giving thanks to be able to see my grandchildren grow a year older.

Thank you, Lord, for another year full of blessings.

Thank You Jesus for all the blessings in the past year. I have a lot to be thankful for. Such as playing a take home mystery game for the first time and meeting a new online friend in the process, first time to attend a woodworking session and make our own table, several travels in 2017, improvement in my Confession…these come to mind for now.

Thank you Lord for giving us a good president who has and will continue to do wonderful deeds for the pro life cause! 👍

Having survived three cancers (PTCL-NOS, AITL, MDS) and a stem cell transplant in 10 years, with an estimated 0.5% chance of being alive today; of having received the Sacrament of Anointing more times than I can remember. For the Sacraments themselves, as they bond us intimately to God. For God’s mercy, which I have received innumerable times. That, despite Europe and America, the Church is rapidly growing in Africa and Asia. Praised be Jesus Christ!

I’m thankful for the healthy birth of my son, and another healthy year of life for my children.

Thank God my family is safe ,and 2018 feels like it might be a much better year.

Thank you Jesus, Mary, Joseph and saints for getting my family through a challenging year and for opportunities to travel and see beautiful churches and shrines and experience devotion in other countries.

I hope I am able to grow in love and closeness to Jesus and His Blessed Mother and St. Joseph and all the saints during 2018.

I’m thankful that I started my journey into the Church this year. Praying I’ll get to be baptized in 2018.

Thank you all for sharing your blessings. Let’s hope it will warm our hearts to know the joys of others as the new year beings!

For me too. On several fronts, I made small but significant progress.

We faced the most trying time in our marriage and through Retrovaille and a lot of hard work we are probably in the best place we have ever been both in our marriage and spiritual lives.

We are extremely grateful to the couples that gave their time to help other marriages.

HAHAHAHA! I thought you said on several “fonts”, and I thought, hmmmmmm wonder what cool fonts he found! 🤣🤣🤣

The Font of all Wisdom? Nah! Not me. 🙃

Thank you Lord for being in charge of all time, all history, all political figures, all situations, all human lives. No matter how bleak things look in the City of Man, the City of God is emerging. I cling to that hope.
I pray for peace in 2018 and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Come, Lord Jesus!

Revelation 7:12 singing, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.” For everything !

This may(will?) seem odd but I'm grateful for the diagnosis of lung cancer I received last August. I now appreciate the little things in this life a bit more and have become closer to some family and some friends due to this did-ease. I've also met some really wonderful folks that have been involved in the treatments I have received and am now receiving.
I'm also getting many lessens in patience. :)
