Hope they mention Lepanto–the finest poem in the English language.

Just my opinion of course.

Re-enactment of a Chesteron/Bernard Shaw debate.

Shaw: The heretic prepares religion for the next generation.

Is the transcript on line?

Thank you so much for reminding me. I almost missed the whole thing! Seconding David_Paul’s question, is there a transcript of the Chesterton/Shaw debates available anywhere?

Sgt Sweaters…we will find them sooner or later, such is the power of the net.

Clear who won the debate in reality. “George Bernard Shaw” is a swear word in the Ukraine.

Oh gosh…those Catholics on EWTN are showing liturgical stuff now.

Someday I hope to look forward to that too…

🙂

A recent broadcast on EWTN and G. K. CHESTERTON suggested that Shakespeare was Catholic.

Here is his last will and testament with this link

home.hiwaay.net/~paul/shakspere/shakwill.html

It is not Roman Catholic to suggest that salvation is “with only through the merits of Jesus Christ” and without works.

If I am wrong please tell me so.
