Gloria in the Missa pro sponsis et sponsa

Since the Nuptial Mass is a votive Mass in the EF, I take it the Gloria is ommited, no? Yet I have seen a video on youtube were it is said. Anyone care to clarify? I’m trying to get some wedding details straight and am stumped on this. Thanks!

My 1950 St Joseph missal indicates the same - Gloria but no Credo.

The Gloria is not optional for the extraordinary form Missa Pro Sponsis. The Gloria is required:
343. The privileges of votive Masses of the 2nd class are:
a) they are said Gloria, unless violet vestments are used; but without creed, unless it is said by reason of an occurring Sunday or octave
(General Rubrics of the Roman Missal (1960), n. 343a)

I guess your answer has been given. I know for the OF it’s optional. I don’t think they typically do it unless it is requested by the couple.
