Anybody reading this? What do you guys think? I’ve read a few articles and so far not only has it helped me understand Eastern teaching better, its also thought provoking enough to break a lot of paradigms we have that have been set by the world today.

So far I’m loving it.

I have been reading Father Stephen’s blog for quite some time. It truly is wonderful and thought-provoking. I especially enjoy his discussions about a “two-story universe vs. one-story universe”. Good stuff.

I was reading the “Why morality is not Christian”. Excellent stuff. Touches on the finer points of Eastern theology. Although some may see this as a bit anti-Roman Catholic because he points the faults of a legalistic approach to Christian acts. But it shows very well why Eastern Christians do not believe in mortal and venial sins. A sin is a sin, any sin makes us fall short of being like God, which is our goal.

Thanks for the tip.
I rarely like anything, for I am too demanding. But, though I read a few paragraphs only, I enjoyed it.
It says things, which is rarely seen today.
Thanks again.

Yes, for a number of years. I like his blog very much, including his choice of art. Father Stephen is a convert from Anglicanism.

I have been reading his blog for over a year and find it very enlightening…

I wonder why this got moved here. He’s teaching Eastern theology which is shared with Eastern Catholics 🤷

Anyway, Father Stephen has been busy this week. 3 posts since Sunday 👍
