For those that don’t know, gnostic Christianity is the theory that Jesus was a different god than the Old Testament god. Not a Trinity, but a whole pantheon and these two happened to interact with Christianity he most.
But Matthew 5:17 contradicts it. 17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
If Jesus was separate, he would’ve never said that.
