God and Satan

Inspired by another thread on whether mankind was made sinfull or not, and why so, I ask myself: If God knows everything, did he forsee that Satan was going to rebel against Him. Why would He have created Satan, get angry with him, creat Hell, and cast Him there. That’s a lot of things. Why would God do that? Or didn’t he know what was going to happen.

How do you think God “knows” things? How does His eternal nature make His knowing different than our knowing?

Right. But ‘how’ does He know? In what manner does knowledge become known to Him?

Does God exist outside of time?

If so, applying the terms, before, after, and foresaw are meaningless terms from God’s perspective.

This may be the long way around to get you to see that the question in the OP may be an invalid question, as it presumes something that is not true.
