The devils don’t want to repent or God don’t give chance to repent?

People in hell don’t want to repent, or want but God don’t give them a chance?

The time we have in this world is all we really have to repent of all our sins and stand with god. Once we die we don’t have much control over whats going on, sure prays can be made for souls in purgatory, but I think hell is out of reach.

Well I’m not sure what you mean by the “devils” and you can’t repent in hell because it’s too late. It’s not that God doesn’t give chances we have all the time that we are alive in this world to repent. Also we don’t know how God judges so we can’t be certain of the type of people that go to heaven or hell but you would think that you would have to do some pretty horrific things to be sent to hell otherwise you would be sent to purgatory.

The devil’s are not yet in hell.
They don’t want to repent. They as (fallen) angels have a different makeup from us humans.

Repentance is an act of Grace. It comes from God, the source of all Good. You have to accept it into your will. If we were without the Grace of God we couldn’t go long without mortal sin.

Those in Hell are without the Presence of God in a sense, so it is that they do not want and they cannot repent.

The devils and the souls in hell have the exact opposite of those in Heaven. The damned and the devils hate God for His justice. They know they deserve their sentence and could not stand to be anywhere near God. They feel all their miseries and vices, yet cannot and would not want to repent. There’s only hatred in hell.

We have access to God’s mercy in this life ONLY. Once we die, we will only have God’s justice.

Those that do not love The Trinity cannot have the Beatific Vision of The Trinity in heaven, and after death, there can be no change of heart from malice to charity.

Angels do not work like humans. An angel is a perfect being in the sense that it understands a choice flawlessly. So when an angel makes a choice it can’t change it’s mind because it already knows all possible outcomes. It can’t be presented with new information and change course because it already knows all available courses.

So when the angels choose to not follow it was a one time decision. They don’t get a chance at redemption because they knew exactly what they were doing.

After death you gain this level of knowledge and stand before perfect God answering the question:

“Did you live and die choosing me?”

You then judge yourself and that judgement is eternal under the same rule set.

So it’s not that those in hell can’t be offered redemption it’s because they can’t accept it.
