God my Saviour: Can you please explain the Immaculate Conception?

Hi,

I have just sent the question outlined here, not sure if it got thru okay, so will resubmit it. I am a bit confused, according to catholic theology and please correct me if I am wrong, believes that Mary was born immaculate, what confuses me is that Mary says her soul does rejoice in God her saviour.
