He hasn’t. He also won’t be able to without recourse to “rad trad”/sedevacanteist sites/literature. They are notorious for playing fast and loose with the facts. If you want to see how, I encourage you to search this site for the discussions, arguments, refutations, massive cut and pastes of info. from their sites, etc. He seeks to sow seeds of discontent and disquiet among the flock of God in submission to the successors to Saint Peter.

He has implied that JPII is heretical, and he keeps implying that the decrees of Vatican II are illegitimate. Yes, he adheres to the papacy, but only the papacy prior to Pius XII’s death.
