God wrote the Bible not the Catholic Church

Everybody knows that God gave us the bible. It was given by God as a whole book from Genesis to Revelation. Everyting we need for life is in the bible. Protestants are right.we do not need a church of any kind.All we need is the Bible.

The Lord’s public ministry was not necessary, He could have done it in private. We have His word in the bible handed down to us from God. God gave us the bible. The Catholic Church put books into it that God did not pen. Protestants took them out again!

We do not need the Catholic Church as we are free to interpret it as we want. That is why athiests interpret it different to SDA which is different to JW’s which is different to Moslems, which is different to mainstream Protestants which is different to Catholic and Orthodox.

It can be interpreted however you want. My agnostic friends interpret it and they dont even believe in it.

So we did not need a Catholic Church. The Catholic Church the pope and His Apostles were actually not necessary.

I strongly disagree, and i’ts not just because I’m a Pagan…its irrational. people wrote the bible, people of the Catholic Church. and the Bible has actually been changed through the generations. king James actually made his own version of the bible.

and I don’t mean to be rude but if you can show me that the bible was made by God himself, and not a person I would appreciate it.

I do not have to prove nothing. Everybody knows God wrote the bible and that is that. Case closed.

God can do anything He choses. If He chose to write a bible He can. Why cant you just accept what we keep telling you. You just will not listen.

With all do respect, your preaching to a Pagan about knowing your God wrote the bible. I honestly don’t bealive that you KNOW that God wrote the Bible the most I can say is that you bealive very very strongly he did…please remember, faith not fact

I’m seriously questioning catholicism, my brother in lasw is big in the local free church. We talk a lot about stuff. I think I am right to become Protestant.

reborn_pagan, relax, Sixtus is Catholic, he is making a point about Scripture Alone believers.

Writing it the way he has sure makes the “Bible Alone” theory look weird.

There is a lot of good done in the world by devout Protestants. I think that should be recognised. Catholics dont do it all. I have heard some very good Protestant speakers. They are very clearly very devout Christian people.

Okay we get it already, Gods forbid if I read “got wrote it for every living creature…” again I’m gonna get a headache, and you have nothing to prove because you can’t prove it… please PROVE to me as a protstant or future one, that protstants have done way better than catholics… Wow a Pagan definding Catholics thats a new one 🙂

I went on a procession of witness through our main town centre behind the cross yesterday. We had to walk behind a big cross with a man at the front beating a loud drum. I felt really stupid in case anyone saw me who knew me. I dont want folk to think I am a bit of a loony. We got abuse from passing motorists.Even the community people escorting us were ashamed to be seen too close to us.

I was disappointed in the catholic turnout. Only 25% of the procession were catholics. 75% were Protestant. Catholics make up 10% of the local population. The comaradarie among processors was fantastic. Every denomination was represented witnessing for Jesus…exept SDA and JW’s. They had more sense.

Where was I?..Oh yes, the bible. God wrote it for every living creature to interpret it how they want. That is the point of it. There isn’t meant to be one interpretation. You have to admit the catholics are a bit bonkers. They celebrate the Lords Day from sunset on Saturday evening. They also celebrate His glorious resurrection from after sun down on Saturday. Dont understand that. Everybody knows he rose again on Sunday. Where in the bible does it say He rose on Saturday night? WHere eh? Tell me that one!
