Godparents

I was invited to the baptism of a family member’s friend’s child, which is to take place tomorrow.

However, I realised that the people selected to be the godparents

1. are not practicing catholics and 2) one godparent is not confirmed. My parish seems to have overlooked this. Is the baptism illicit? Is it a sin for me not to object to the baptism? Am I morally obligated to report the godparents to my parish priest?

You have the knowledge of this.

OF course this should be done well before the baptism, not the mornng of the Baptism. So hopefully you mentioned this today to the pastor.
