God's omniscience as the fact of being

If two objects are physically identical down to the molecular level then do they retain their nonphysical qualities? Such as, one has been to another country, and the other always stays in the same room? There is no way for us to know which is which, if it hasn’t been kept track of and we walk into a room with both newly placed on a table (to avoid dust or any possibility of being able to tell which has sat there longer) and yet the fact of it happening remains. This seems to be only possible in the fact that God knows.

Is this correct?

This is similar to the book 1984 where memories are failing and records are destroyed of the past. But the objectivity of history remains, whether the people know it or not. God knows, which is the same as “the fact that it happened, apart from any proof of such.”

A fact is a fact whether people know it or not. An object’s past is the object’s past, whether anyone knows it or not.

You can prove mathematically that there are truths that are unprovable. In fact, there are an infinite number of such truths. And you can never know which truths are unprovable.

God knows, of course, because he knows everything.
