How would one find out the official Church teaching on my presuppositions?

There are two ways that come to mind.

Firstly there is your parish priest. Since you seem to be getting some ideas from Judaism (according to the link you provided) you should have a good long talk with him about this. These are not teachings from our Lord as passed down through His Church. Your pastor should be able to show you where you are right and where you are going down the wrong path.

Secondly you can use the internet. It will take some work but you could type in certain key words from your posts and check results from Catholic sites.
