You cannot refuse Church Teaching and live outside of it and OBEY God at the same time.

Your views are not in line with the Church’s. It is not the Church’s views that I call into question, it is yours.

I like to come back to this thread to see if Quis Ut Deus 3 has written and what ddarko have been writing. Truth is very beautiful, I have as yet to see it come from your posts. To be fair you may have some elements of the Truth, but not the WHOLE Truth. And anything less than the whole truth, is a lie.

Firstly of course , I do not report to you. At the top of my forum name the religion is stated to be RC. This is the philosophy section. My adherence to codes of behavior , while none of anyones business as it is between God and myself (obviously) is in keeping with RC.

Idea’s are how understandings flourish.

Secondly, while this thread is drowning in proclamations, they are never explained. All we hear is go read this, go read that.

By virtue of the recommendations,( research …reading, Aquinas and so forth)… I know that the apparent teachings are clearly NOT understood or even grasped by yourself as well all participants in this thread.

Therefore, since we know above fact is true, why are you and others participating in an
area which you clearly have no knowledge or ability to expand on…? In other words
people would like to contribute, however do not “know” what they are talking about:thumbsup:

How is this not so?

Jev Witness are always saying, go read, read our pamphlet…you will see the light. Yet they can never sit there and discuss in their own words.

If you cannot discuss this topic due to knowledge and ability as we have clearly determined, exactly what is compelling your entries?

I never said that you did report to me. But if you are going to discuss philosophy do keep to the laws of logic.

Actually they are. If other people explained them, why not say go read such and such a book? However, I am not seeing any sources from your statements other than your confused statements. Are you even capable of listing your points of view alongside Official Church Teaching in a succint and intelligible manner. If so, I would love to see them. Then we could have something to discuss.

You do not even know my background or my background in education. I think part of the difficulty in understanding where you are coming from is perhaps the fact that English may not be your first langague? It is the lack of sentence structure and sentence construction that I am having a diifcult time in following your line of thinking, and perhaps this is why I am might be misreading your posts.

What keeps me coming back and posting is this to see what ingnorance of Church Teaching leads one to think. And also to see where pride of intellect and bad logic leads to as well. Thanks for providing me for such a succint and visible example.

This is clearly false. You believe that God does not interfere and have repeatedly made it clear.

But the entire Christian faith stems from an event where God sent his son to claim us as his children and INTERFERE. According to you, such events are impossible 🤷

So you are clearly FAR FAR AWAY from Roman Catholic teaching. You can keep writing incoherent sentences all day long if you want but lets not have any illusions. Your ideas are NOT consistent with ROMAN CATHOLIC teaching.
