God's will and the gift of free will

God’s will is basically what God wants us to do with the lives he has given to us that will lead us closer to him.
Let say that God’s will for a person is to stay in his neighborhood and not move homes so he could be a good role model for his neighbors and lead their neighbors closer to God. But if the person says , “God’s will for me is too hard. I want to move houses so i can be happy.”
Does God’s will change because the person he chose for that , out of free will, said no to it?
Will God’s will always done?
What happens if we say “no” to his will?

God desires all angels and men to be in heaven but wills that all angels and men have free will that allows their free choice to be confirmed in charity, and also allows damnation.

God is not a master chess player moving us around on a board.

God wants you to do what’s right. I doubt he cares where you live.

God’s Will?

God Willed Creation into Being including His Potential and Actual Children: Man…

His Kingdom and Eternal Life is Made and Reserved for those
who via their Free Will - Obey His COMMAND To LOVE Their Neighbors and thus Him Who is Love
